The Sales & Marketing Associate is responsible for coordinating and supporting sales, pre-qualification, and marketing initiatives to drive AC Corporation productivity and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Support
  • Assist in Preparing Sales Proposals
  • Maintain Master Labor Rate Sheets
  • Assist BD and Estimating teams with Salesforce
  • Assist with Promotional Events
  • Track, maintain, and assist with renewal of company licensing
  • Maintain Quality Control Manuals for Engineering
• Pre-qualification
  • Maintain Current and Complete Projects List
  • Maintain records, information, or documents internally and via websites
  • Maintain worker management records
  • Maintain Statement of Qualifications records
  • Assist BD & Estimating with pre-qualification needs for customers
• Marketing Support
  • Maintain employee mailing list
  • Maintain, organize, and distribute marketing items and materials
  • Coordinate with Crete United marketing team to create and maintain collateral or other identified needs of the business

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for preparing proposals and engaging with clients.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with marketing and sales teams to achieve common goals. A go-getter who takes the initiative.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing software and tools, as well as social media platforms.
• Rare travel may be required for meetings and events.
